Whether you envision a traditional ceremony in our indoor chapel or a breathtaking outdoor exchange of vows on our tranquil orchard river deck, we are here to make your dreams a reality.
And when it's time to celebrate, The Venue provides an elegant and contemporary indoor reception hall for dining, dancing, and creating lifelong memories. For your close family and friend’s comfort and convenience, The Manor House also provides limited elegant accommodation on the property.

The Venue
For your main event.
We left the country outside and have created an elegant and contemporary space for up to 200 guests to dine and dance the night away. Decorated in subdued shades with screed floors, an enormous central crystal chandelier and three contemporary black framed metal mirrors which serve as the central feature’s in this spacious and elegant space. A large stone clad fireplace finishes off this elegant and chic venue which can be adapted to suit any couples dream day.
Glass doors open onto a terrace with a Mediterranean style water feature surrounded by lavender and wide stairs leading to the pool. A fire pit is set off to the side, where your guest can enjoy the Midlands night sky, and a 2m frameless mirror and chandelier finish off this gorgeous space.
The Chapel
Where the magic happens.
Our beautiful stone and wood chapel nestled in the Orchard affords stunning views over farmlands. Two large windows, set into the hand-laid stone work, frame the rolling hills and add to the romance and vistas, creating the perfect backdrop to start your life together. With seats for 140 people on pews, and extra seating for up to 200, our chapel provides ample space for your family and friends to witness your “I do’s”.
The Orchard River Deck
For intimate outdoor "I do's"
Is your dream to say your vows surrounded by nature's beauty? Our Orchard River Deck is a short stroll from the Chapel, through the fruit trees, revealing an intimate outdoor ceremony located on the bank of the Mpofana river. A wooden deck is set over the river and has three crystal chandeliers carefully placed overhead - providing the perfect spot for an outdoor ceremony. Wooden benches run on either side of the aisle. This space is pure magic!
The Stables
The perfect precursor to your reception.
An original, converted undercover stable block, full of olde world charm, The Stables is the perfect space for your guests to spend a couple of hours before the main celebration for both arrivals and also for the pre reception and canape section of the wedding day. It is perfect as a relaxed and intimate space for your guests to mingle, whilst your wedding photos are crafted on The Groves grounds and there is ample space for champagne bars, gin bars, harvest tables and live music.
The Manor House
Your home away from home.
Last but definitely not least, we've got The Manor House – your home away from home during your wedding extravaganza. This beautifully restored thatched house overlooks the river and rolling lawns, and has room for up to 16 guests in seven gorgeous bedrooms. Whether you would like to self-cater or have us take care of some or all of your meals, the Manor House is the ultimate retreat for you and your crew.
